Initial Consultation
We review your architectural plans, lifestyle requirements, aesthetic inspirations, and preliminary budget. We discuss realistic timelines, material possibilities, and establish whether our studio is the right partner for your project.

Project Discovery
Before design begins, we take the time to understand the space in its entirety. Our founders personally visit the project to study its architecture, proportions, existing conditions, and the way each room is intended to function. Critical dimensions, wall and floor conditions, ceiling heights, transitions, electrical and plumbing locations, appliance requirements, and clearances are carefully documented as part of this assessment.

Design & Shop Drawings
We translate your spatial requirements into realistic 3D design mockups and detailed shop drawings — elevations, sectional cuts, and internal fitment plans. Every drawer depth, reveal width, and shadow line is documented for your sign-off before fabrication begins.

Finishes
You join us in our Oldsmar atelier to touch and evaluate real material trays: live flitches of rift oak, smoked walnut, custom-formulated paint chips, honed stone slabs, and solid brass pull handles under 2700K lighting.

Fabrication
Our cabinetmakers machine Baltic birch carcasses, hand-assemble dovetailed solid maple drawer boxes, press sequence-matched veneers, and apply multi-coat conversion varnishes in our state-of-the-art Oldsmar workshop.

Installation
We never subcontract installation to third parties. Our own cabinetmakers bring your bespoke casework to the site, utilizing heavy-duty dust extractors and laser levels to scribe every panel flush to your home walls.

Walkthrough
Together with our founders, we conduct a meticulous 42-point walkthrough. We tune every Blum hinge cam, micro-adjust drawer gaps to 1/32" perfection, test every soft-close stroke, and deliver your care kit with warranty certificate.

Rooted in a tradition that began in 2012, and established in Oldsmar in 2023, Modern Art Kitchen brings considered engineering and founder-led craft directly to Tampa Bay.
Vasilii Pavalovschii and Ana Tanase review every shop drawing, inspect every veneer bundle for continuous grain matching on our wood cabinetry and every painted door for a dead-smooth, uniform-color finish on our solid-color cabinetry, and visit the project jobsite repeatedly. Having built for prestigious New England estates and Manhattan landmarks, we build strong boxes of minimum 3/4" with European motion hardware.
